Shipping and Returns Policy

At Tru Blue 4 You, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines our processes for shipping, returns, and refunds to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction.
Shipping
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding holidays.
- Shipping Methods: We offer Standard (3-7 business days) and Express (1-3 business days) shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.
- Shipping Destinations: We ship Worldwide! International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are not included in the shipping cost.
- Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. You can track your package via the carrier’s website.
- Delivery Issues: If your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered within 6 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us for assistance. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns
- Return Eligibility: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items: [e.g., Personalized products, perishable goods, intimate apparel, or final sale items] are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.

- Email trublue4you@hotmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
- Securely package the item, including the RMA number and original order details.
- Ship the return to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: Returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt to confirm eligibility.
Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for eligible returns or for defective/incorrect items.
- Refund Process: Once the return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation of the refund.
- Exclusions: Original shipping fees and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at your choice.
