Shipping and Returns Policy

At Tru Blue 4 You, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping and Returns Policy outlines our processes for shipping, returns, and refunds to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction.

Shipping

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding holidays.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer Standard (3-7 business days) and Express (1-3 business days) shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.
  • Shipping Destinations: We ship Worldwide! International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are not included in the shipping cost.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. You can track your package via the carrier’s website.
  • Delivery Issues: If your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered within 6 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us for assistance. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns

  • Return Eligibility: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: [e.g., Personalized products, perishable goods, intimate apparel, or final sale items] are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
  • Return Process:
    1. Email trublue4you@hotmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
    2. Securely package the item, including the RMA number and original order details.
    3. Ship the return to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Inspection: Returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt to confirm eligibility.

Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued for eligible returns or for defective/incorrect items.
  • Refund Process: Once the return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation of the refund.
  • Exclusions: Original shipping fees and gift cards are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at your choice.
